Choose any of the gorgeous gift baskets from the categories at the left and we will deliver them anywhere in New Zealand, from our showroom in Albany on Auckland's North Shore.   Same day gift hamper delivery is available in Auckland, Hamilton and Whangarei.

We send your gift basket using courier companies who we have learned we can trust to give the best service and most reliable on-time delivery.

All of our gift baskets are designed, packaged and despatched from our Auckland store (unlike Interflora) so please plan early.  Sending baskets and hampers out of Auckland will take longer, especially to rural areas.

It is our aim to ensure that your gifts arrive at their intended recipients, on time and in as perfect condition as when they left our showroom. If you should experience any problems please contact us immediately.

Delivery & Packaging charges - Standard courier (NZ$):

Our gift baskets are generally larger than standard courier sizes, and we package and send them carefully to minimise risk of damage during delivery.

It would be easy to offer Free delivery and up the price of the baskets, but that is not our style.  We don't charge additional fees for Rural Delivery (although it costs us more, we recognise how important online shopping is to country people).

Delivery Days

Deliveries are Monday to Saturday in the main centres and Monday to Friday in rural areas and small towns.

Auckland gift baskets are generally delivered same day or next day courier.
North Island: generally delivered in 1-2 days
South Island: generally delivered in 2-4 days
Rural Deliveries: additional 1-3 days longer depending on Rural Courier schedules.
No guarantee of exact time of arrival.

Delivery Time Frames

Auckland Delivery:
Auckland gift baskets are generally delivered same day or next day courier.
North Island Delivery:
Please note that areas such as Pukekohe, Beachlands, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa and parts of Titirangi also fall outside "Auckland Metropolitan" area and generally won't get same day delivery. North Island delivery is usually next business day. Small and remote towns can take longer. Rural delivery will take longer. Delivery from Monday to Friday only. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.

South Island Delivery:
Allow 2 to 3 days for deliveries to the South Island. Overnight delivery to the South Island can be arranged but will cost more. Please note delivery to the South Island can take up to 4 days for areas away from the major cities during the busy seasons (Valentines, Mothers day, Christmas etc). Rural delivery will take longer. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.

Rural Delivery (RD) will take longer due to the infrequent schedules of Rural Couriers.

Cut-off Times:

Cut-off time for same day delivery in Auckland is 12.30pm.
Urgent delivery (90 minutes sprint) is available otherwise.
Last pick-up for North Island and South Island courier is at 4.50pm so you are advised to place your order by 4:00 pm to allow time for preparation and packaging for despatch.

Incorrect Addresses: You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address provided by you is incorrect, so please check that you have the correct delivery address to save time and unnecessary hassles. You are responsible for giving us the correct address.

Hospital Delivery: Please provide ward number and correct name (female patients may have checked in under their married name or maiden name). Please check with the hospital first, as often patient is discharged from the hospital by the time your gift arrives. It is advisable to send your gift to the recipient's home instead, if you are unsure. 

Apartments: Couriers sometimes experience difficulties in deliveries to apartments because (1) there is no safe place to leave gifts behind when no one is home; (2) some apartments are security coded and access to these apartments is difficult. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive gift sent, or consider sending gift to work address. Re-direction fee will apply if courier has to return to the apartment again to deliver gift.

Bulk Delivery: We will only charge you the minimum cost it takes to get your order there. This may be by way of putting several items in a carton (maximum of 10kg) or by a bulk consignment (Auckland) which may be more economical.  Call or email us for more information.

PO Boxes: Couriers cannot deliver parcels to PO Boxes unless the recipients have an arrangement with the local post office to hold their parcels for them for collection. Rural post offices may be taking care of some parcels on behalf of recipients for deliveries to rural or hard-to-reach places. Provide phone numbers of recipients help the rural post to contact them.

Tracking Your Order: If you login as a member you will be able to see the status of your orders (At peak times we may not update the status until the next day as we are busy making sure everything gets shipped!).  See below for information about our courier partners and their track and trace pages.

Tracking your order

For many Auckland and North Shore deliveries we use Gypsy Floral Couriers who are very reliable.  They do not offer online tracking, but if they are unable to make a safe delivery they will advise us promptly and we will contact you for more information.

For most other deliveries we use New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste to the South Island.  You can track the status of your delivery online at www.nzcouriers.co.nz or www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html.  Choose Customer printed label and enter our account number ( 2497902 for New Zealand Couriers,  11391683 for Post Haste) and enter your Order number (eg:ORD0012345) in the ConsignmentID for Customer Printed labels.  Occasionally other consignment IDs will be used.  Email us for more information.
