What the guarantee means.
We will dispatch your gift as soon as practical for our dispatch team (please don't ask for delivery on the 24th of December)
If we don't get the gift to your specified address before Christmas the recipient gets to keep the gift and you receive a 100% refund.
Our couriers will attempt to deliver the gift basket to the address you specify. If you give us specific instructions for signature required or to leave in a safe place the courier will follow those instructions (unless there is nowhere safe to leave the gift)
If you you don't give specific instructions the courier will use their discretion as to whether to leave the gift.
If there is no-one home or no way to gain access the courier will leave a card to call
and arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or alternative address, or pick up from the depot. (Note that signature required is not available on some addresses such as Rural Deliveries)
What isn't covered.
- If you supply the incorrect address.
- No access to the property and no-one to collect it.
- Nobody responds to the courier to sign for the gift and nowhere safe to leave it or signature required.
- Recipients have moved or gone away on holiday.
