Opening a corporate account

Opening a corporate account with My Goodness Gift Baskets is easy. This service makes sense for companies wanting to keep account of their expenses and gift giving practices. We are happy to help if you require any information with customising your gifts or meeting your company’s requirements to gift giving.

One-off gift giving occasion?

We advise against opening an account for one-off use as it adds paper work and administration. For one-off company use, you can still receive a GST receipt for your purchase by the usual credit card payment method online (see GST receipts). For multiple orders, please give us a call to arrange a special reduced courier fee.

Opening a corporate account means:

• Orders are for company use only, not personal orders.
• Payments are strictly made by the 20th of the month following invoice, either by direct bank credit into our account (details will be provided) or by cheque only.
• Gift giving is a regular practice of your company - at least once a month, or on average 10 occasions a year, or that your order is of substantial value (over NZ$5000) which requires proper accounting and raising of a purchase order.
