Tracking your order
Your order confirmation is sent when we update our computer system. Often that will be at the end of the day and same day deliveries may already have been received. if you have ordered for a future date we update the system when the order is packed ready for dispatch and placed on the courier shelf ready for pickup on the appropriate day.
For many Auckland and North Shore deliveries we use specialist Floral Couriers who are very reliable and handle your gift with care. They do not offer online tracking, but if they are unable to make a safe delivery they will advise us promptly and we will contact you for more information.
For most other deliveries we use CourierPost New or Zealand Couriers.
We will send you an email on the day the gift is dispatched which contains a link to the Courier track and trace site. If you do not receive this or have problems with the link, you can logon using the email address you ordered with to see the tracking information. Email us

After Christmas we have a skeleton crew dealing with enquiries and orders over the Christmas New Year period. Our showroom is closed until 12th of January, however if you email email@example.com or phone us and leave a message we will try to respond as quickly as possible. Emails and voicemails will be cleared daily.
If your gift was sent by New Zealand Couriers or CourierPost and they have been unable to deliver it because that cannot get access or there is no one to sign for it, you can call the number on the track and trace website with the consignment details and arrange for redelivery.
