Tracking Your OrderTracking your orderYour order confirmation is sent when we update our computer system. Often that will be at the end of the day and same day deliveries may already have been received. if you have ordered for a future date we update the system when the order is packed ready for dispatch and placed on the courier shelf ready for pickup on the appropriate day. For many Auckland and North Shore deliveries we use Gypsy Floral Couriers who are very reliable. They do not offer online tracking, but if they are unable to make a safe delivery they will advise us promptly and we will contact you for more information. For most other deliveries we use New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste for standard deliveries to the South Island.You can track the status of your delivery online at www.nzcouriers.co.nz or www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html. Choose Customer printed label and enter our account number ( 2497902 for New Zealand Couriers, 11391683 for Post Haste) and enter your Order number (eg:ORD0012345) in the ConsignmentID for Customer Printed labels.
