• We promise to use the products as advertised online. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we promise to replace that product with another as close to it as we possibly can, and one of similar or greater value.

• We promise to take the utmost care in preparing and processing your order.

Pricing policy

All prices are in New Zealand dollars, inclusive of GST.

My Goodness Gift Baskets is a fixed price store. You will find that our products are of good quality and great value compared to most. Please do not ask for discounts, as we cannot handle the stress of saying "no" to our customers. It takes the same amount of work and expertise to produce each gift hamper, whether we are producing one, or a hundred. We are proud of the work we do, and will not discount it.

Return policy

In the unlikely event your gift is damaged, or if you are not satisfied with the gift and our fullfilment of our guarantee commitments, please contact us as soon as possible on 09 415 8868 (0800 466 363) or gifts@mygoodness.co.nz.   We wil make arrangements for the return of the gift and refund or replacement (at your choice).
