Customer Service (Permanent)

The role covers dealing with customer orders and queries in our showroom, online or by phone or email.

The day-to-day job involves processing orders, managing couriers and dispatch, co-ordinating with the production staff and ensuring the showroom is well stocked and visually appealing.

Email and phone are the main communication methods with our customers so excellent written and verbal English language skills are a must.  Confidence with computers is a requirement. Experience with Point-of-Sale or eCommerce websites is a positive.

Through your referees you will be able to show a track record in previous employment of a reliable team player who builds good relationships with customers and other staff.

There are other areas for the role to grow into depending on the skills of the successful candidate.

Accounts and Marketing Admin (Permanent)

This is a varied role covering all the financial administration  plus online marketing, with potential to grow.

The role covers all the financial administration (debtors, creditors, payroll, GST etc, all fully computerised).

We are looking for somebody who can take responsibility for keeping our website updated, managing our customer database and administering our online promotions.

The marketing and ecommerce side may be new to you, but you must have good commercial experience and be a fast learner with excellent written and verbal english language skills.

Through your referees you will be able to show a track record in previous employment of a reliable team player with initiative.  We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, enjoys business and enjoys making changes to improve processes.

Retail & Gift Basket Production  (Permanent)

The retail part of the role involves assisting customers in the showroom, ensuring the showroom displays are stocked and well presented, taking phone orders and enquiries, processing web orders, tracking shipments, assisting with dispatch and couriers. During peak times this is the major part of the job.

The other part of the job is being part of our production team.  We are looking for somebody who is a quick and hard worker and good with their hands.  If you have a background with craft, sewing or art that is a big help.  You will need a good eye for detail and for colours.  This is a production role so you will need to be fit and healthy.  Outside of peak times this is the majority of the job.

Your attitude and your ability to learn are are more important than specific skills.  You will need to demonstrate through previous work experience that you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, who works well in a team.

You will need good presentation and communication skills (both written and spoken English).  You must be confident with using computers, able to work under pressure and think independently.
