We send your gift basket using courier companies who we have learned we can trust to give the best service and most reliable on-time delivery.Our gift baskets are generally larger than standard courier sizes, and we package and send them carefully to minimise risk of damage during delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO (Post Office) boxes. We are able to deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only.
Deliveries are Monday to Saturday in the main centres and Monday to Friday in rural areas and small towns.
Auckland gift baskets are generally delivered same day or next day courier.
North Island: generally delivered in 1-2 days
South Island: generally delivered in 2-4 days
Allow an additional 2-3 business days longer depending on Rural Courier schedules. Because Rural Deliveries are dependent on individual courier schedules there can be no guarantee of exact date and time of arrival.
We are unable to offer Saturday delivery to rural addresses.
Saturday Delivery is available in the major cities and some towns. To check if we can offer Saturday delivery to your delivery address please check with the New Zealand Couriers website (http://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/checkit/

This is only available within the Auckland Metro area, Monday to Friday. If your order has to be delivered by a specific time please phone us to find out a price as we will need to use a point to point courier as our standard couriers do not guarantee a time for delivery only a day. Delivery Time Frames
For same day delivery within the Auckland Metro area (Albany-Papakura) your order needs to be placed before 10.00am (NZ time)
Please note that areas such as Orewa, Pukekohe, Beachlands, Kumeu, Riverhead, Helensville, Kaipara, Kaukapakapa and parts of Titirangi also fall outside "Auckland Metropolitan" area and generally won't get same day delivery.
North Island Delivery:
North Island delivery is usually next business day. Small and remote towns can take longer. Rural delivery will take longer. Delivery from Monday to Friday only. Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of arrival.
South Island Delivery:
Allow 2 to 3 business days for deliveries to the South Island. Overnight delivery to the South Island can be arranged but will cost more. Please note delivery to the South Island can take up to 4 days for areas away from the major cities during the busy seasons (Valentines, Mothers day, Easter, Father's Day & Christmas).
Rural Delivery (RD) will take longer due to the infrequent schedules of Rural Couriers.

Cut off times
Standard cut off times:
Cut-off time for same day delivery in Auckland Metro is 10.00am Monday-Friday.
Last pick-up for North Island and South Island courier is at 4.00pm.
For Saturday delivery your order needs to be placed by 4.00pm the Friday before.
Problems With Deliveries
Incorrect Addresses: You will be charged a re-direction fee if the original address provided by you is incorrect, so please check that you have the correct delivery address to save time and unnecessary hassles. You are responsible for giving us the correct address.
Hospital Delivery: Please provide ward number and correct name (female patients may have checked in under their married name or maiden name). Please check with the hospital first, as often patient is discharged from the hospital by the time your gift arrives. It is advisable to send your gift to the recipient's home instead, if you are unsure.
Apartments: Couriers sometimes experience difficulties in deliveries to apartments because (1) there is no safe place to leave gifts behind when no one is home; (2) some apartments are security coded and access to these apartments is difficult. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive gift sent, or consider sending gift to work address. Re-direction fee will apply if courier has to return to the apartment again to deliver gift.
Bulk Delivery: We will only charge you the minimum cost it takes to get your order there. This may be by way of putting several items in a carton (maximum of 10kg) or by a bulk consignment (Auckland) which may be more economical. Call or email us for more information.
Signature or No Signature on delivery: If your order is being sent to a home address then we will have your gift sent with no signature required. All couriers are trained to recognize if an area is safe to leave or not (The area has to be out of the view of the public eye and not in a space where it could get wet or hot from the sun). If you would prefer a signature on delivery please note this on the special instructions box of your order. Please be a wear that the courier will attempt delivery twice if signature is required, if they still can not deliver then their will be a re delivery fee charge for any more delivery attempts (We will contact you first). If your order is being sent to a business then a signature is always required unless the business has their own set up with the courier (Please be a wear that some companies do have their own agreement with the couriers and this is out of our control).
Tracking Your Order:
After we dispatch your order you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track progress of the delivery.
