5.00 surcharge for Auckland & North Island delivery $10.00 for South Island Delivery
Orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed before 4pm the Friday before.
Allow an additional 2-3 business days depending on rural courier schedules.
We do not guarantee of exact date and time of arrival for rural deliveries.
We are unable to offer Saturday delivery to rural addresses.
THERE IS NO SATURDAY OR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR RURAL DELIVERIES.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you login as a member you can view the status of your order (At peak times there may be a delay in updating delivery status
Our couriers do not require a signature on delivery unless the gift is being delivered to a business or you have requested (in check–out under courier instructions) that we provide one
A re-direction or re-delivery fee may apply if our courier is unable to deliver your gift, has to return to the address or has to deliver to an alternative address.
The Couriers will not leave the gift if it is deemed unsafe (in the public eye, could be damaged by weather)
DELIVERY TO A BUSINESS ADDRESSES
Address must include the business name. For business deliveries couriers require a signature for delivery. Deliveries can’t be made to businesses after 5pm.
Couriers can only deliver to a reception or designated delivery area, please include the hospital name and ward number.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We will make every effort to ensure that your gift is delivered on your preferred delivery date if your order is placed before our cut off times (see Delivery Info for more info). We will attempt to contact you if we cannot deliver on your preferred delivery date.
My Goodness is not responsible for late or non-delivery if the recipient is not home to take delivery. A re-direction or re-delivery fee may be incurred.
Unfortunately, My Goodness Gift Baskets cannot take responsibility for late delivery of any gifts due to:
1. Adverse weather conditions
2. Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
3. Traffic congestion
4. Any other causes beyond our reasonable control and not limited to securing necessary export licenses, compliance with laws or regulations, Acts of God, acts or omissions of the purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
